With more than 28 years of building experience in the valley, Joe’s involvement in the Phoenix construction market includes commercial ground-up TI renovations of retail centers, offices, churches, condominiums, sports and recreation facilities.
An excellent communicator, Joe’s known for his ability to coordinate the efforts of General Contractors, Owners, Inspectors, engineers, architects and other team members associated with a project. This coupled with the experience to identify problems and implement solutions has earned Joe a reputation for getting jobs done on time and within budget, without sacrificing safety or quality.
