Under Mr. Kerlin’s direction, Deer Valley Plumbing has become a multi-divisional company with approximately 50 employees. A new 6,000 square foot facility housing the Deer Valley Plumbing enterprise broke ground in the 2008. Mr. Kerlin has served on the board of the Metro Phoenix Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association for four years, moving up to Secretary/Treasurer for another year. Mr. Kerlin was finally elected President of the Metro-Phoenix PHCC for two consecutive terms.
Laurine Kerlin is the co-founder of Deer Valley Plumbing.
She is responsible for the overall management and development of the organization. She directs, supervises, and coordinates the overall operation of field and administrative departments. Laurine attended both Paradise Valley Community College and Northern Arizona University.
Max has been in the plumbing industry since 1979. Max joined our team with an extensive management background in the service repair industry and is dedicated to customer service and quality control. He has excellent customer service skills with the capacity to interface with residential customers, general contractors and facility and community managers. Max has a keen ability to identify problems and implement solutions. He is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service at all times and remains actively involved in overseeing his projects until jobs are completed to our client’s satisfaction. Andrew is responsible for marketing, sales initiation and follow-up, customer service, email and direct mail marketing, customer retention and business reputation management. Andrew also handles major website details and company information spread throughout the internet. Andrew graduated from Arizona State University in Spring of 2013, with a B.A in Religion and Applied Ethics Studies and a Minor in Philosophy from the New College of Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences. His main objective has always been to serve others. Alyssa joined Deer Valley Plumbing in 2005.
Her administrative tasks include data entry of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
Alyssa also attends Paradise Valley Community College and is working on her Associates Degree.Aubrey has been with Deer Valley Plumbing for 2 years and has developed into a core member of the management team.
As the financial controller, Aubrey is responsible for the integrity and effectiveness of the organization’s financial operations by establishing and enforcing internal controls and providing, monitoring, and analyzing financial data and reports.
Aubrey is a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills in finance and accounting that are utilized in all aspects of her position.
