Joe Kerlin, President Email

Joe Kerlin has been President of Deer Valley Plumbing Contractors, Inc., a Plumbing Contracting firm serving Arizona and California since its founding in June of 1989. Mr. Kerlin has nearly 25 years of designing and subcontracting experience for large commercial buildings, medical service complexes, retail centers and industrial structures. His background also includes residential new construction and service repair.

Under Mr. Kerlin’s direction, Deer Valley Plumbing has become a multi-divisional company with approximately 50 employees. A new 6,000 square foot facility housing the Deer Valley Plumbing enterprise broke ground in the 2008. Mr. Kerlin has served on the board of the Metro Phoenix Plumbing, Heating and Cooling Contractors Association starting in 1997 serving in all positions from contractor director up to president.

Joe is also active in men’s soccer and has dedicated many years to coaching and inspiring girls youth soccer teams.

Mike Reno, Project Coordinator Email

Mike Reno joined Deer Valley Plumbing in 2000. Mike assists the project manager with all facets of project coordination.  Mike is solely responsible for job costing each project and is very adept at helping keep costs in budget.  He is also instrumental with assisting the office manager with overseeing complete accounting activities. Mike is a recent recipient of the Plumbing heating and cooling education scholarship and is currently enrolled in the apprenticeship plumbing courses at Gateway Community College.

Daniel Drew, Field Superintendent Email

Daniel has 13 years of plumbing experience. He has been the Field superintendent for Deer Valley Plumbing since 2006. Dan‘s background includes 10 years of commercial plumbing experience. He supervises the functions and responsibilities of each plumbing foreman reviewing proper installation methods, materials, and quality of work. Dan is also responsible for supervising jobsite safety.

Alyssa White, Administrative Assistant Email

Alyssa joined Deer Valley Plumbing in 2005.  Her administrative tasks include data entry of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll. Alyssa also attends Paradise Valley Community College and is working on her Associates Degree.

Aubrey Kerlin, Solar Sales Representative Email

Aubrey Kerlin is the Solar Hot Water Consultant at Deer Valley Plumbing Contractors, Inc.  A recent graduate of San Francisco State University - Aubrey brings to her exciting new position more than 6 years of higher education. Aubrey recently attended training at the Free Hot Water Plant in San Jose, California where she was provided hands on training in Solar Hot Water Heating Systems infrastructure design and implementation. Aubrey has applied intensive research into a wide range of plumbing products and solutions to fulfill the rising demands of enviromental sustainability.   Aubrey's background involves in-depth knowledge in Solar Hot Water Heating Systems.

Andrew Presnell, Marketing Leader Email

Andrew is responsible for Sales Initiation and Follow Up, Customer Service and Assistance. Andrew is currently attending Arizona State University Triple Minoring in Education, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. His Main Objective is to serve others.

Laurine Kerlin, Secretary/Treasurer Email

Laurine Kerlin is the co-founder of Deer Valley Plumbing.

She is responsible for the overall management and development of the organization. She directs, supervises, and coordinates the overall operation of field and administrative departments.  Laurine attended both Paradise Valley Community College and Northern Arizona University.
